Additional information:

Water and electricity costs are not included in the rental price. To reserve the property, a deposit of two months and an agency fee (+7% IGIC) must be paid. The agency fee is typically equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. 

Regarding the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, the deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. In this case, the deposit amounts to two months’ rent.
