Arguineguín offers a wide range of leisure, dining, and shopping options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, and a health center—all within walking distance.

Additional information:

Water and electricity costs are included up to 50€ in the rental price. To reserve the rental property, a security deposit and an agency fee (+7% IGIC) must be paid. Normally, the agency fee is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the fee is paid by the tenant; for rentals of 12 months or more, it is paid by the owner.

Regarding the security deposit, at the end of the lease agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, the full deposit will be refunded to the tenant. The deposit is usually equivalent to one month’s rent.
