The property:

The area:
The house is located in the town of Puerto Rico. From here, you can access various hiking routes through the surrounding hills, as well as walk or stroll towards the beach.

Puerto Rico offers a wide range of leisure, dining, and shopping options, and also has supermarkets, pharmacies, and outdoor parks.

It is also considered one of the towns with the best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. Located in the south of the island, it allows you to enjoy spectacular sunsets every day. The area where the property is located is generally quieter and has less traffic than the lower part of the town.

Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are not included in the rental price. To reserve the rental property, a security deposit and an agency fee (+7% IGIC) must be paid. Normally, the agency fee is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the fee is paid by the tenant; for rentals of 12 months or more, it is paid by the owner.

Regarding the security deposit, at the end of the lease agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, the full deposit will be refunded to the tenant. The deposit is usually equivalent to one month’s rent.
