The flat is located in the centre of the village of Arguineguín. It has good accessibility to the shopping and gastronomic area.Walking we can access the two beaches of the village and the promenades, parks and other areas to enjoy the best sunsets of the island.

Arguineguín has numerous places for leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as having supermarkets, chemists, schools and health centre within walking distance.

Water and electricity costs are included up to 40 euros per month. Internet is also included in the price.In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay a deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC).Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC.For rentals up to 11 months the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.

As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant.Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
