The property:

This is a very comfortable and practical flat, located very close to the beach. It enjoys plenty of natural light throughout the day and is ideal for couples or individuals.

Its distribution  is as follows:

• Fully equipped and furnished kitchen-living room. They have an open plan layout but are divided by an extendable bar. Both areas have direct access to the terrace.
• Bedroom with double bed and a large double door wardrobe.
• Bathroom with shower and a washing machine

The complex has a communal swimming-pool and a sunbathing area with hammocks. It is very easy to park on the street at no extra cost and there is a small supermarket in the complex.

The area:

The property is located in Patalavaca, a quiet area in the south of the island where locals and foreigners live together. The climate is considered one of the best in the world and the beaches are known for their crystal clear water.

In addition to its paradisiacal areas and temperatures, it is a central area. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found nearby. Patalavaca beach is only a 5 minute walk away and Anfi del Mar is only a 4 minute drive away.

Patalavaca is a 6 minute drive from the village of Arguineguín, where you can enjoy shopping and gastronomic areas, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, sports centres and a health centre.

Additional information:

Water and electricity charges are included up to 50€ monthly. Internet is included in the rental price. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.

As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
