About the property

The property:

This is a spacious home located in the south of Gran Canaria. Its location and size make it an ideal property for families. The layout is distributed over three floors.

On the first floor:

• Large terrace with table and chairs, ideal for gatherings. It also features sun loungers and small plants, making it a cozy place to enjoy the good weather and sunny hours.
• Spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. In addition to plenty of natural light, the highlight is a large and comfortable sofa.
• Cozy kitchen fully equipped with everything you need.
• Bathroom with shower.

On the lower floor:

• Living room/bedroom with capacity for three people in single beds. It also includes a television and a sofa.

On the upper floor:

• Bright master double bedroom with balcony and built-in wardrobes.
• Double bedroom with access to a balcony, offering views over the village of Arguineguín.
• Bathroom with shower.

In addition to its excellent location and features, the complex has a communal swimming pool with shower that you can enjoy.

The area:
The house enjoys a privileged location. It is situated in a very central area of the village of Arguineguín. From here, you can access various hiking routes in the valley mountains or walk towards the beach, which is only 700 meters away (about a 10-minute walk).

You can also walk anywhere in the village. Arguineguín offers numerous leisure, dining, and shopping options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, and a health center.

Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are not included in the rental price. To reserve the property, a deposit and an agency fee (+7% IGIC) must be paid. The agency fee is typically equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. 

Regarding the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, the deposit will be fully refunded to the tenant. The deposit is typically equivalent to one month’s rent.
