The studio has an open-plan and very comfortable design with space for 2 people. It faces south and benefits from natural sunlight almost all day long. It has a cozy atmosphere and also offers beautiful sea views.

• Comfortable living area with a sofa and TV, with direct access to the balcony.
• Compact kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, and microwave. Two single beds are located directly in front of it.
• Bathroom with a shower.

The complex features a large communal swimming pool, an elevator, and a bus stop located just in front of the building.

The Area:

The apartment is located practically on the beachfront. From here you can access different hiking routes in the surrounding mountains of the town, or simply walk toward the beach to enjoy the promenade at any time of the day. The beach is only 50 meters away.

In addition, you can walk almost anywhere in the town. Puerto Rico offers numerous leisure, dining, and shopping options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, and outdoor parks.

It is also one of the towns with the best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. It is located in the south of the island, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every day. The area where the studio is located is usually quieter and has less traffic than the lower part of the town.

Electricity costs are included up to €50 per month. Internet is included in the rental price. To reserve the property, the first payment required will be one month’s deposit (which will be returned after the property is handed back to the owner, provided it is in the same condition as when it was delivered to the tenant and the terms of the rental agreement are met), plus one month’s agency fee (plus the corresponding IGIC).
