The area:
The property is located in Patalavaca, a quiet area in the south of the island where locals and foreigners live side by side. The climate is considered one of the best in the world, and the beaches are known for their crystal-clear waters.

In addition to its paradise-like surroundings and pleasant temperatures, the area is centrally located. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. Patalavaca beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and Anfi del Mar is a 4-minute drive away.

Patalavaca is a 6-minute drive from the town of Arguineguín, where you can enjoy shopping and dining areas, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, sports centers, and a health center.

Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are included in the rental price up to €50 per month. To reserve the rental property, a security deposit and an agency fee (+7% IGIC) must be paid. Normally, the agency fee is equivalent to one month’s rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals of up to 11 months, the fee is paid by the tenant; for rentals of 12 months or more, it is paid by the owner.

Regarding the security deposit, at the end of the lease agreement, if the property is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, the full deposit will be refunded to the tenant. The deposit is usually equivalent to one month’s rent.
