The flat:

This is a spacious and comfortable flat for 1 or 2 people. It has all the comforts and is distributed on one floor:

• Spacious living room with plenty of seating area, for visitors and great space.
• The kitchen is compact and fully equipped and furnished. It also has a dining table that joins the kitchen and the living room.
• Full bathroom with bathtub to relax every day.
• Laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
• Double bedroom with bed where and large built-in wardrobe.

The area:
The flat is located right in the centre of the village of Arguineguín. Access to the commercial and gastronomic area as well as being less than 2 minutes walk from the 2 most important beaches of the town. It is a perfect area to go for a quiet walk and enjoy the best sunsets of the island.
You can walk to any part of the town from the flat. Arguineguín has numerous places for leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and health centre.

Additional information:
Water and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros per month. In addition, internet is included in the price. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
