The house:

This is a very comfortable and spacious bungalow for 1 or 2 people. It has access to 3 communal swimming pools and beautiful gardens surrounding the complex. It is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor:

• Spacious living room - kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is compact and fully equipped and furnished. In addition, the area has a large dining table. The living room has a comfortable and large sofa ideal for groups.
• Dressing room with the ideal space not only to store clothes, but also any other type of storage.
• Modern bathroom with a comfortable and spacious shower to relax every day. It also has a washing machine and a window to the outside.

Upstairs:

• Double bedroom with bed for storage and storage underneath. This area is connected to the rest of the house as it has no doors.

The area:

The flat is located in the village of Arguineguín. It has good accessibility to the commercial and gastronomic area. Walking distance to the two beaches of the village and to the promenades, parks and other areas to enjoy the best sunsets of the island.

Arguineguín has numerous places for leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as having supermarkets, chemists, schools and health centre within walking distance.

Additional information:

Water and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros per month. Internet is also included in the price. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay a deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.

As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
