The apartment is located in the centre of the town of Arguineguín. It has good access to the shopping and gastronomic area. On foot we can access the two beaches that the town has and walks, parks and other areas to enjoy the best sunsets on the island.

Arguineguín has numerous places for leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and a health centre that we can walk to.

Water and electricity expenses are included up to 50 euro. To reserve the property for rent, it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Usually, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months, the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Usually, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
