The apartment is located at the top of Puerto Rico. From here, you can access various hiking routes in the surrounding mountains, or walk towards the beach and enjoy the promenade at any time of day. The beach is only 100 meters away.

You can also walk anywhere in town. Puerto Rico offers numerous leisure, dining, and shopping options, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, and outdoor parks.

It is also one of the towns with the best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. Located in the south, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every day. The area where the apartment is located is usually quieter and less busy than the lower part of the town.

Electricity costs are included up to €50 per month. Internet is included in the rental price. To reserve the property, a payment of one month’s deposit (refundable after handing over the property, provided it is returned in the same condition and the rental terms are met) plus one month agency fee (plus applicable IGIC tax) is required.
